We had a house flood last week that we walked into after being at work all day. We called a plumber and then called Advanced Restoration, Randy and his crew came out immediately and began clean up right away. Randy explained in detail what would happen during this process, including how loud the machines would be that they were leaving to dry out the house. He gave us worst case and best case scenario. He and his crew were totally respectful and professional. We felt so blessed that they came across our path at such a chaotic time. They just came and picked up their equipment after 6 full days and their readings show the house is totally dry! We, of course lost the carpet in our bedroom and closet, but they saved the hardwood floors that are in the majority of our house and saved the bathroom vanities and the sheetrock! Randy stayed in constant contact with us and asked us about how we were handling the noise (luckily, it was a lot like my white noise machine and I really loved it, lol)

Advanced restoration helped us with a sewage backup in our basement. They answered when I called late at night and helped me schedule the best time to come out. When they came out they cleaned out basement area very well and even the stairs leading out of the basement. I’m so happy we found them! I would highly recommend this company. Their demo process is top notch. There was minimal dust if any. They were in constant communication through the entire process. When they left everyday they made sure there was no mess or debris laying around.

We had a pipe burst while we were gone for a few days and came home late at night to water under our flooring. Called Randy snd first thing he said was to get the water turned off to the house to minimize damages to help us avoid extra charges. He offered to come out right then if we couldn’t turn it off but we were able. Him and his team came next morning first thing and surveyed the damage. He coordinated a plumber for us who found the problem and told us they could start the cleanup immediately. They set up fans and blowers and came back to rip up the flooring . We are all dried out now. No more moisture in the walls or floor. Now we just have to replace flooring snd fix the leak. He still hasn’t charged us for all of this. He is waiting to be paid for their work because the insurance still has to go through. He has never asked for any money up front which we are so thankful! they cleaned up all the debris and any mess of water feom our good floors. They moved all the furniture and put it back when they were done. This whole process was very quick and easy for us. It happened over a period of 4 days. All the bad smells from the wet carpet and floors are now gone!

I was feeling a little intimated by the company that was recommended by my insurance company it was alot of fast talking and I didn't understand any of it. I reached out to Advanced Restoration . Randy Stewart came to my house within an hours time and stayed an hour and half talking with me to help me understand the process that was about to take place. He was there every step of the way for me dealing with the adjuster and contractors on my behalf. He is truly a blessing a honest man who loves what he does and helping everyday people.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Randy was very responsive and became my advocate with the insurance company. He took the burden of dealing with all the different adjusters off my shoulders. I cannot say enough about how professional and responsive Randy was throughout the entire process, and after. My mother-in-law realized after the fact that she might have lost something sentimental in the removal of damaged items from her garage. I awoke one morning to find that my water purification system flooded the kitchen and living room. There was so much water, my wife and I were frozen with fear of the damage the water was doing to our floors and woodwork. Once we accepted what happened we called AR. The owner actually showed up with his team and equipment and assured us that our lives would be back to normal in no time. He explained each step in the restoration process to us and even the science behind it. He made sure all our questions were answered. The employees wore covers on their feet when entering our home and were very polite. They replaced our carpet and even put in some dividers for us. We are a military family and it is concerning to think about some company taking advantage of my family’s misfortune while I am away. It was refreshing to see how AR takes care of their customer’s. They even did all the leg work with our insurance company. Zero complaints!

We own some two-story office buildings with three or four individual tenants in each building.
We had just signed a lease with a physicians’ group and they were almost completely moved in but had not yet occupied a space on the first floor.
A second-floor hot water tank blew up and did considerable damage to the physicians’ space. We called Advanced Restoration and the response was immediate. The skilled workers knew how to stop the leak and repair the damage quickly.

Water Leak turned out to be minor, but we decided to do a whole kitchen remodel, new cabinets and granite countertops. Advanced handeled it and Randy was great. He kept us informed and on budget the whole way. I would definitely recommend Advanced to all my family and friends. Great customers service!

In a very scary and damaging situation, Justin and his crew with Advanced Restoration, made all the difference. The communication on progress daily was exceptional. Never having had a water emergency and damage before, they did a great job of explaining each step and answering my questions. The drying and repair was done exactly like they said it would. I could not be more pleased, thank you.

We had water damage in our commercial kitchen. We called a few different companies, and Advanced Restoration was the only one who showed up when they were supposed to. They quoted me a good price and the final invoice was very close to the bid. The one thing that really shocked me was the foreman, Randy. He kept me updated all the time. I'm very used to dealing with contractors that never check in until it's time to get paid. Randy called me so much, it was almost annoying (Sorry Randy)! Randy was straight forward, explained everything in a way that I understood. He didn't just give the orders, he suited up and joined his crew in the tear down and build. They worked with me on every detail and didn't try to sell me stuff i didn't need. Timing and price were right. Don't waste a week trying to track down a contractor like I did. My only regret was that I didn't call them sooner. Thanks Randy!

The most professional group I've ever worked with - they went beyond normal expectations assisting me with multiple problems from termites and moisture being trapped underneath a flat, TPO roof. It was a big job - they moved all my furniture and covered all built ins, created a temporary entrance so I could access the room where the damage occurred, took before and after photos for insurance purposes, cleaned up perfectly and finished the job in a very short period of time. I highly recommend these guys! Wonderful -

The whole experience, from an initial bad situation (water damage from a roof leak), was smooth and easy. Randy was at our house within hours and worked diligently till the end. He dealt with our insurance company and made the process headache free. I even had to call him on a Sunday afternoon when I thought we had messed up a machine. Advanced did a fantastic job for us! I felt like family from the very beginning and they gave us great flexibility throughout the project. They provided professional recommendations where we felt unsure and pointed us in the right direction to make affordable selections for materials (granite, backsplash, etc). Justin was very knowledgeable in overseeing every aspect the project and on one occasion even stepped in to personally help with plumbing when my wife and I accidentally lost the faucet hardware. Awesome experience from end to end and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others!
